Cancellation Policy

🛡️ Army of Helpers – Terms and Conditions and Policy Form Welcome to Army of Helpers. Our mission is to provide reliable, professional, and high-quality home and personal assistance services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the client ("you" or "Client") and Army of Helpers ("we," "our," or "us") regarding the use of our services. By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms. 1. Introduction and Agreement By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties. 2. Services Provided Army of Helpers offers a comprehensive range of assistance services, including but not limited to: Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Dog Walking & Pet Minding Pet Taxi Services Gardening, Landscaping, and Outdoor Maintenance Window and Gutter Cleaning General Handyman and Assistance Tasks The specific scope of work, duration, and pricing for each service will be detailed in a separate booking confirmation or service agreement prior to commencement. 3. Bookings, Scheduling, and Cancellations Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing, via phone, or through our online system. Operating Hours: Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Out-of-Hours/Overtime Rates: Services requested outside of our standard operating hours will incur an additional charge: Monday - Friday (After 7:00 PM): Charged at Time and a Half (1.5x) the standard hourly rate. Saturday: Charged at Time and a Half (1.5x) the standard hourly rate. Sunday and Bank Holidays: Charged at Double Time (2x) the standard hourly rate. Cancellation Policy: You must notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed service charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full service charge. Our Right to Reschedule/Refuse: We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or refuse a booking when necessary (e.g., due to staff illness or unsafe working conditions). 4. Payments Due Date: All payments are due immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior payment schedule is formally agreed upon.
